Littelfuse's best-in-class clamping TVS diode arrays with surge-tolerant unidirectional ESD protection
Littelfuse's SP11xx series of TVS diode arrays have high surge protection and fast ESD performance in an industry-standard package (1610) with extremely low dynamic resistance, providing the most appropriate solution for DC interfaces.
High surge tolerance and extremely low dynamic resistance in a small 1.6 mm x 1.0 mm DFN package ensures better protection during extreme surge or ESD events.
Very low dynamic resistance and very good clamping performance translates into better ESD performance.
