Image of Littelfuse's SP3530 Series DiodesLittelfuse's SP3530 series 0.3 pF 22 kV unidirectional automotive TVS diodes are a proprietary silicon avalanche technology. The SP3530 series provides a high level of ESD protection and safely absorbs repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard (22 kV contact discharge) without performance degradation. The low loading capacitance of the AEC-Q101 qualified SP3530 makes it ideal for protecting ultra-high-speed signal pins, such as V-by-One®, HDMI, USB 3.0, LVDS interface, and IEEE 1394.
