Littelfuse has expanded the TVS diode array selection to include the SP1305 series, which can absorb repetitive ESD strikes that exceed the level specified in the IEC performance standards without any performance degradation. They can safely dissipate up to 5 A of 8/20 μsec lightning induced surge current, with very low clamping voltages. The SP1305 is equipped to meet industrial environment applications.
