Image of Littelfuse's MXB12R600DPHFC 600V X2-Class Si MOSFET Littelfuse/IXYS's MXB12R600DPHFC X2-Class Si MOSFET is a 600 V, 160 mΩ, 18 A boost converter leg that combines the X2-class N-channel ultra-junction power MOSFET with high performance, fast recovery diodes, integrated into a DCB-isolated i4-PAC™ package. The integrated boost topology in this discrete, isolated package helps simplify thermal management by reducing the number of required discrete power components. High-frequency switching operation is possible owing to the short reverse recovery time of the built-in HiPerDynFRED™ diode.
