Image of IQD's IQXO-79x Series Surface Mount Clock Oscillators IQD’s IQXO-79x series of surface mount clock oscillators are available in a small (2.5 mm x 2.0 mm x 1.0 mm) industry-standard 4-pad ceramic package with a hermetically sealed metal lid. There is a choice of two voltages, 3.3 V (IQXO-791) and 1.8 V (IQXO-790). With high-density CMOS (HCMOS) output and 15 pF drive level, the IQXO-79x has a frequency range of 1.0 MHz to 66 MHz.
