IQXO-623/-624/-618 LVPECL/LVDS Clock Oscillators

IQD Frequency Product’s IQXO-623, IQXO-624, and IQXO-618 LVPECL/LVDS differential output clock oscillators are designed to meet the next-generation bandwidth requirements for networking, optical transceivers, high-speed communication, cloud computing, storage systems, and primarily in applications such as Gb Ethernet, 5G, optical networking, and SONET/SDH.

These IQXO-623/-624 LVPECL and IQXO-618 LVDS clock oscillators operate with a phase jitter of less than 300 fs RMS (over 12 kHz to 20 MHz) irrespective of which output is specified. Housed in a hermetically sealed 3.2 mm x 2.5 mm x 1.1 mm ceramic 6-pad package, the oscillators are available in a frequency range of 13.5 MHz to 156.25 MHz, with the standard frequencies including 100 MHz, 125 MHz, and 156.25 MHz.
