IN-S21ATx Series LEDs

Inolux’s IN-S21ATx series features ultra-compact, high-brightness mono-color top view SMD LEDs with dimensions of 0.65 mm x 0.38 mm x 0.36 mm. The low-profile, low-power consumption 0201 package LED devices feature a PCB type molding style and a clear lens, making them ideal for several applications, such as small form factor IoT wearables, aftermarket automobile devices, indicator lights for industrial use, smart home devices, and many more. This RoHS2 and REACH compliant product series offers long life expectancy, performance reliability, and versatility with several emission color options, including red, green, blue, and white. Typical forward voltage ranges from 1.8 V to 2.6 V. The maximum voltage ranges from 2.4 V to 3.3 V with a current range of 2 mA to 5 mA depending on the specific emission color and the viewing angle for all LEDs in this series is 110°. The IN-S21AT5UW, IN-S21AT2G, and IN-S21AT2B feature indium gallium nitride or InxGa1-xN technology, permitting the highest and most efficient performance with high heat capacity and low sensitivity to ionizing radiation. The IN-S21AT5R features aluminum gallium indium phosphide or AllnGap technology, allowing a wide luminous intensity range for endless application potential, narrow spectral linewidth, no stokes shift energy loss, enhanced color tuning in mixed systems, and optimal color fidelity over time.
