It can support continuous conduction mode (CCM) or discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) and quasi-resonant (QR) flyback operation based on a MOSFET operating on-time control technology. This technology provides fast turn-on and turn-off delay to reduce power loss and keep a safe operation without adding any external components or circuitry. The APR348W6-7 can configure into high-side or low-side applications to fit various design needs. It can provide high-performance solutions up to 20 V output voltage application. This device detects load conditions and determines safe pulse generation at light loads and the power supply can be charged by VDET or VCC, depending on PLR voltage from the VCC pin, and provides a wide output operating voltage to 20 V, all in a SOT26 package type.
