At heavy load, the constant frequency PWM control performs excellent stability and transient response. No external compensation components are required on AP3445/L and AP3441/L. The AP3445/L delivers 2 A and the AP3441/L delivers 3 A maximum output current while consuming only 55 µA of no-load quiescent current. Ultra-low R_DS(ON) integrated MOSFETs and 100% duty cycle operation make them an ideal choice for high output voltage, high current applications which require a low dropout threshold. Pulse skip mode maintains high-efficiency at light-load conditions. AP3445/L is available in SOT236 package. AP3441/L is available in W-DFN2020-8 package.
