The fixed output currents remove the need for external current-setting resistors. The AL5809Q fixed output currents are 15 mA, 20 mA, 25 mA, 30 mA, 40 mA, 50 mA, 60 mA, 90 mA, 100 mA, 120 mA, and 150 mA; all with ±5% precision over a wide temperature range. Its PowerDI®123 package is capable of dissipating up to 1.5 W with excellent 20 ppm/ºC temperature stability and high power supply rejection ratio. All AL5809Q variants have been qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 3 (Grade 1 planned for ≤50 mA variants).
