Wolfspeed extends its leadership in silicon carbide with the E-Series line of SiC MOSFETs. This automotive-qualified, PPAP-capable, and humidity-resistant MOSFET features rugged planar technology offering low switching losses and high figure of merit. The E-Series MOSFET is optimized for use in EV battery chargers, EV HVAC motor drives, and high-voltage DC/DC converters as featured in the Wolfspeed 22 kW bi-directional DC/DC converter utilizing IMS board reference design.
