MN820 Mini Module

The Bridgetek Pte Ltd. MN820 mini module integrates the 5th generation BT820B chip and 1 GB DDR3L memory along with a DC/DC buck converter that powers the onboard memory independently, enabling operation with a single power source. When paired with the VM820C baseboard that includes power and audio circuits, a USB-QSPI bridging IC, and I/O connectors, developers can easily communicate with external devices and fully utilize the capabilities of the BT820B. Developers can also seamlessly integrate the BT820B into their products by using the MN820 and connecting it via a 100-pin board-to-board connector to their application PCB. This approach reduces development time and eliminates the complexity of designing the high-speed DDR3 subsystem, allowing low-cost PCB implementation.
