ADuM150/ADuM151/ADuM152 Five-Channel Digital Isolators

ADI’s ADuM150/ADuM151/ADuM152 are five channel digital isolators based on their iCoupler technology. Combining high speed, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS), and monolithic air core transformer technology, these devices provide outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives such as optocoupler devices and other integrated couplers. The maximum propagation delay is 13 ns with a pulse width distortion of less than 3 ns at 5 V operation. Channel-to-channel matching of propagation delay is tight at 3.0 ns maximum. With three inputs per side options of 5/0, 4/1, and 3/2, there is a device for all applications. These devices come in a 16-SOIC package and have a -40°C low end operation temperature range with either a +105°C or +125°C upper temperature range.
