MAMF-011069 Integrated Dual-Switch LNA Module
MACOM’s LNA module features high gain and very low noise figure in the receive mode and low insertion loss in the transmission mode
MACOM’s MAMF-011069 is a dual-channel module containing two two-stage low noise amplifiers (LNA) and two high power switches in a 5 mm 32-lead QFN package. This module operates from 1.8 GHz to 3.9 GHz.
The MAMF-011069 features high gain and very low noise figure in the receive mode and low insertion loss in the transmission mode. The PIN switches provide high power handling over 20 W continuous wave (CW) signal. External SMT components optimize the matching and enable flexible frequency of operation.
The MAMF-011069 is ideally suited for 4G or next-generation 5G massive MIMO, small cell base transceiver stations (BTS), and other time-division-duplex (TDD)-based communication systems.
